Environmental Health Services
Goodhue County has declared a State of Emergency. The County Government Center is closed to the Public but Land Use Management employees continue to offer services. Please use electronic means of communication when possible. Building and Zoning forms and applications are available on the County Website. We accept items by mail and many forms and application can be submitted electronically. Also, there is a drop box at the alley entrance and an additional drop-off location at the lower level, Fifth Street handicap entrance which can accommodate larger items and deliveries. Please call 651.385.3000 with questions, for assistance, or for special pick-up or delivery instructions.
Environmental Health responds to public health nuisance complaints and works with other county departments in resolving ordinance violations.
