Child and teen checkups (C&TC) is Minnesota's name for the Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnosis, and Treatment (EPSDT) program. Child and Teen Checkup (C&TC) is a benefit for children and teens from newborn through the age of 20 years who are enrolled on Medical Assistance (MA).
This program connects children enrolled in a Medical Assistance Program and our local Managed Care Organization, South Country Health Alliance (SCHA) with Medical and Dental service providers and offers information regarding child development, health and safety and community resources. South Country Health Alliance members also have access to health promotion vouchers. Please visit their Website or contact your local C&TC Coordinator for more information.
