Goodhue County to Phase-in Reopening; Prepares Facilities and Staff for the Arrival of Critical, In-person Services. Read more about each building's services.

Beginning June 1st, face-to-face services will be offered by appointment only. Details can be found in the Goodhue County Preparedness Plan. Before entering any county building, residents are encouraged to wear masks and will be asked to complete a health screening questionnaire (Covid-19 Cribado de Salud).

Justice Center - face coverings will be mandatory in all common areas of the building, such as bathrooms, hallways and court rooms.  More details and information found here.
